Delivery Information
All of the products on our site are obtained from official distributors. We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality of your purchases, which are all individually checked prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
We aim to despatch orders received before 3pm (GMT) on the same day. Orders received after 3pm (GMT) will be despatched on the next available working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Applicable postal charges are applied at checkout and are calculated based upon the combined weight of all items in your cart and on the delivery location.
If a delivery is attempted and failed, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to re-arrange the delivery or collect the package in person from the carrier.
Free Next day delivery
Orders over £100 - The free next day delivery will apply to UK orders only that are above the value of £100. If an order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday and is above the required £100 value the order will be posted out for next day delivery. If the order is placed on a Friday before 3pm this will also be posted out for next day delivery however we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery although most orders do arrive on the Saturday. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Orders under £100 - If an order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday all orders under £100 will be posted out using a first class recorded service, which usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next available working day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
International customers, by processing their order, must accept full responsiblity of the risk for their international shipment. Henri Beene will process a claim if there is a lost or damaged shipment. Although every order is shipped fully insured, Henri Beene cannot offer a refund for lost or damaged international shipments until the carrier reimburses ourselves for the loss. It is extremely rare for the carriers we use to lose a shipment.
Important Customs and Duty info for customers outside of the EU.
Customers are 100% responsible for all customs fees and duties. Each country has different shipping costs and rules as designated by their postal services and/or customs authority.
We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not receive an unexpected charge.
