Prior to returning any items to us, please contact us on 01472 240663 with your order details to hand, (i.e. your name and order number), whereon we can assist you and issue you with an official returns authorisation number. We are unable to accept returned items without a valid authorisation number.

Should you be unhappy with the goods that you receive and require a replacement or refund please ensure that all items arrive back to us within 14 DAYS of original purchase date and are in an unused condition and are complete with all original tags, are in saleable condition and where applicable, have all manufacturers original packaging.

Please ensure that all goods are securely packed and are returned to us using a reputable carrier. We are unable to accept any responsibility for items lost / stolen or damaged in transit. We would also suggest that goods are insured to their full value should any complications arise.

Important Customs and Duty info for customers outside of the EU.

Customers are 100% responsible for all customs fees and duties. Each country has different shipping costs and rules as designated by their postal service and/or the customs authority.

We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not receive an unexpected charge.
